July, 1945 At the end of a day's work, the driver of a R.A.A.F. j eep cleans his vehicle at a water point before returning to his unit. In this exhibition the R.A.A.F. War Artists have given an expression to all phases of R.A.A.F. activity. A tribute is paid to the outstanding gallantry of the two Royal Australian Air Force Victoria Cross winners: Flight Lieutenant William Ellis Newton Pilot Officer Rawdon Hume Middleton.
