11.5% of visitors stated numerous reasons for visiting including: school group, direct mail, website, other tourist publications and through membership with the Gallery. The remaining 11% of visitors surveyed at APT 2002 were on a general Gallery visit. Comparison with visitors to Kids’ APT ‘Summer Spectacular’ 40.1% of visitors to APT2002 were interested in receiving future information through artmail (QAG email information service) PERFORMANCE OF EXHIBITION’S SERVICES 91.7% visitors were satisfied with information provided. The most popular mode of information delivery: 56% Wall text, 11.8% information stations.
