Biographical notes Born Toowoomba, 1927. Self-taught photographic artist. Gained instruction as a member of the Camera Club Movement. Foundation member of the Australian Photographic Society and a member of the Queensland Photographic Society. Chairman of six international exhibitions and one national ~xhibition. Active lecturer, writer and photographic judge. Lectured at national, state and regional photographic conventions and societies. He is involved in the organisation of two well-established annual acquisitive photographic awards in Toowoomba. Graham Burstowwill be lecturing at the Bicentenary Convention in Canberra in 1988. Photographic honours include: E.F.I.A.P. (European), A.R.P.S. (English), A.A.P.S. (Australian). Photographic Service Awards include: A.P.R. medal, 1964, Hon. F.A.P.S. (Australian) and a Commonwealth medal.
