Neilson, Neilson House, Itosel,er Terrace, Chet mer. win dirt on August 21 last sear, aged 84. This Is one of the largest bequests ever made to the Queensland gaiters. Miss Neilson, during her lifetime, had given her faintly home at Chel- mer to the Church of England as a home for aged women. She was the last of her (limn). NEW' WORKS The bequest was an- nounced yesterday by the Gallery Trustees' chair- man (Mr E. A. Fergu- son). He said it would enable them to provide works of art of great in- terest to the people Of Queensland. Mr. Ferguson said the trustees had also ex- pressed appreciation of the gift of funds and works of art for the new 'Foowoomba Gallery.
