The artist re-creates a Filipino market- place where traditional goods, such as hand- carved wooden objects and terracotta pieces, contrast with products of the commercialised West. A background wall of crates, with labels identifying the COntentS as POISON, RADIO-ACTIVE etc., further emphasises the impact of the West on countries like the Philippines.
