The program profiled QAGOMA, APT7, other Brisbane art venues and facilitated connections between Brisbane and Australian art industry representatives and international colleagues through meetings, networking opportunities and public forums. Participants were: • Claire Bishop, art historian and critic, PhD Program in Art History, CUNY Graduate Center, New York • Meiya Cheng, independent curator and Chair, Taipei Contemporary Art Centre • Cosmin Costinas, Executive Director/ Curator, Para/Site Art Space, Hong Kong • Beatrice Hsieh, Director, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Taiwan • Tetsuya Ozaki, General Producer (Performing Arts), Aichi Triennale 2013, Nagoya, Japan • Shihoko Iida, independent curator, Nagoya, Japan • Sunjung Kim, independent curator and Professor, Korea National University of Arts, Seoul, Korea • Dr Andrew Moutu, anthropologist and Director, PNG National Museum and Art Gallery, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea • Alia Swastika, independent curator and writer, Jakarta, Indonesia • Philip Tinari, Director, Ullens Center for Contemporary Art, Beijing, China • Hoor Al‑Qasimi, President of the Sharjah Art Foundation • Hou Hanru, former Director of Exhibitions and Public Programs, San Francisco Art Institute • Suman Gopinath, Curator, Tasveer Foundation, Bangalore, India The International Visitors Program saw participants involved in a range of public programs, and it allowed them opportunities to engage with APT7 artists, encouraging potential collaboration in the future. 57 iNterNatioNaL visitors program
