The magical display triggered childhood memories or created new memories for visitors to the festival. Wit Pimkanchanapong Fruits 2007–09 Thai artist Wit Pimkanchanapong invited visitors to Kids’ APT Summer Spectacular to make a paper fruit as part of his installation Fruits . As part of the activity, Wit asked participants to make a gold coin donation and take their paper fruit home with them. All money raised was donated to the Wombat Survival Fund to help save the northern hairy- nosed wombat – the official mascot of Kids’ APT.
